Effective October 1, 2022, Cumulus Systems and Hitachi Systems Security were merged to establish a new group company, Hitachi Systems Trusted Cyber Management Inc. Hitachi Systems Security became a subsidiary of the new company.
Through this organization, the company will strengthen its managed security service business, utilizing the experience and technology of Hitachi Systems Security and Cumulus Systems Private Ltd., our subsidiary company in India. We will offer superior security services and advanced performance analytics services in order to reinforce our status as a top global security vendor.
